What services do you provide?

Hourly non-skilled services that assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, ambulation, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, errands, transportation, medication reminders, re-enforcement of home therapy exercise programs and more!!  Call us today for more information at 954-300-1775!

Are your caregivers bonded and insured?

Yes. Our caregivers are W2’d employees of our company, covered by workers compensation and supervised by a Registered Nurse. At VIP CARE, we have you covered!

What are the costs of your services?

This depends on your financial resources and complexity of care. We tend to be one of the most competitively priced agencies in Broward County that still offers a white-glove, high-quality service.  Exceptional care and customer service are the top priority for us at VIP CARE.

How can I pay for services?

Private Pay, ALL Long-term Care Insurance, Veteran Benefits

Do I have to sign a contract or commit to services long-term?

No, we are here to fit your needs. It can be short or long-term care. You will sign a Service Agreement that can be cancelled at anytime giving us 24 hours’ notice.

What if my caregiver isn’t a good match?

We do everything we can as an agency to make the right match based on detailed information we receive prior to starting services. Our motto is to hire caregivers that we would staff on our own family. If we don’t get it right the first time or the caregiver is great but just not the right fit, we will gladly restaff because we want to exceed your expectations.
